Milkweed is the ONLY plant a Monarch caterpillar can survive. Likewise, if we had to choose only one tea to drink - this tea would be ours. This tea is produced almost entirely by hand in the province of Fujian. Immediately after withering, the still moist leaves are heated shortly in milk water steam. This process conserves the pretty, light olive-green leaf and color, and invokes the distinct creamy scent and taste. So good!

- Boil filtered water and cool for 4 minutes (176-194 F)
- 2 tsp. per cup
- 2-3 minute steep
