1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Four Stages Tea, located at 9466 Pawnee Rd, Homerville, OH, 44235.
2. Eligibility
The sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Four Stages Tea, members of their immediate families, and anyone involved in administering this sweepstakes are not eligible to enter.
Void outside the United States and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry period
The sweepstakes begins when the entry form is published and ends on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Ohio is in the Eastern Time Zone. Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.
4. How to enter
To enter, complete and submit the entry form at [givea with a valid email address. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries, duplicate entries, and entries submitted using automated methods may be disqualified.
Your email address will be used to administer the sweepstakes and contact the potential winner. Marketing email consent is separate from sweepstakes entry. You may optionally check the box to receive occasional tea news, product announcements, and special offers from Four Stages Tea.
5. Prize
One winner will receive:
- One package of Spicebush Masala Chai
- One package of Autumn Wings Baked Apple Sencha
The approximate retail value of the prize is $26.00. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted, except by Four Stages Tea if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner selection and notification
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Monday, September 28, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by email. If the potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, is found to be ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, Four Stages Tea may select an alternate winner.
7. Privacy and marketing
Information submitted for this sweepstakes will be used to administer the sweepstakes, verify eligibility, and contact the potential winner. 8. General conditions
Four Stages Tea reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules or interferes with the entry process. Four Stages Tea is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or technically unsuccessful entries.
If the sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned because of technical problems, fraud, or other circumstances beyond Four Stages Tea’s reasonable control, Four Stages Tea reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel it.
This sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Shopify, Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform used to promote it.
9. Governing law
This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any permitted legal action relating to this sweepstakes must be brought in the applicable state or federal courts located in Ohio.
